Jardiniere



A French-California cuisine restaurant called Jardinière promotes itself as a very environmentally friendly restaurant. I have not eaten there so I have no idea how the food tastes but they say they recycle and compost 85% of all its waste and in 2001, it was awarded the Commercial Recycler of the Year Award. They have an interesting business theme and they are committed to being a socially responsible business that operates by having 3 bottom lines, Profit, People, and the Planet. They are committed to local farmers, fishers, and ranchers and use earth friendly cleaning products. They also pay all of their non-tipped employees the San Francisco Living Wage.
